Interior design services for homes that support how you live

Inside Creations designs refined, science-informed interiors for high-performing internationals in the Netherlands.

Whether you need clarity before making changes, strategic guidance for selected rooms, or a complete full-service transformation, each service is designed to bring structure, depth and purpose to your home.

The result is a space that feels calm, coherent and deeply aligned with the life you are building.

Three levels of design support

Every home requires a different level of attention.

Some clients need a clear diagnosis before making changes.

Others need focused strategic guidance. Some are ready for a complete transformation.

SENSORY AUDIT™

For understanding what feels off  and why.

A focused assessment of how your current home supports or disrupts daily life.

We look at layout, light, visual noise, sensory load, materiality and the emotional tone of key spaces to identify where your home creates friction.

You receive clear, prioritised recommendations so you know what needs attention before investing in larger changes.

Best for: homes that feel restless, tiring, visually busy or not fully aligned — even when nothing appears obviously wrong.

NEURODESIGN CONSULTATION

For strategic guidance before changing your home.

A focused consultation for clients who need expert direction on layout, colour, lighting, materials, furniture or spatial flow.

This service translates your needs into a clear design strategy, helping you make confident decisions without overwhelm.

You receive targeted recommendations for selected rooms or areas, with a focus on clarity, recovery, sensory balance and identity.

Best for: clients who want to improve selected spaces with depth and intention, without starting a full design process.

FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

For a complete, guided transformation.

A comprehensive design service for clients renovating, moving into a new home or redesigning several connected spaces.

From concept to detailed design documentation, Inside Creations creates a coherent interior where layout, lighting, materials, colour, furniture and details work together.

The process is structured, considered and deeply personal, designed to bring clarity to complex decisions and create a home that supports the life you are building.

Best for: full-home transformations, renovations and connected spaces that require a complete design vision and professional guidance.

If you’ve never worked with a professional interior designer, here’s a short summary of the general process.

Of course, the flow will be customized to your needs—depending on the project, you’ll need more or less support.

Our first and most important meeting

During our first in-depth meeting, I look beyond style and practical requirements to understand how your home currently supports  or disrupts the way you live.

We explore how the space affects your daily rhythm, energy, focus, rest, sensory comfort, family dynamics and sense of belonging. We also discuss your aesthetic preferences, functional needs, project scope, anticipated investment and timing.

The purpose of the brief is to understand not only what needs to be designed, but what your home needs to do for you: how it should regulate, clarify, restore and reflect who you are now.

After the brief, I prepare a tailored interior design proposal outlining the recommended scope of work, level of design support and investment. Once approved, this is followed by a formal contract.

The foundation of the design

Based on what I’ve learned about your lifestyle, design needs and interior plans, I develop a carefully thought through interior design concept.
This includes room layouts and flows, samples of finishes, paint, flooring and fabrics to provide you with an initial overview of the interior design. At this stage I also present initial mood boards and create the interior look and feel story for your review and feedback.
The schematic design will be presented to you during the personal consultation.

Making the vision more visual

After final approval of the schematic interior design, I develop floor plans, and 2D/3D visualization of your new home. Colors and finishes are refined; furniture, fabrics and equipment are selected and presented for your review and final approval during the second personal consultation.

Bids & contractors

At this stage, whenever required I invite my partner professionals to work alongside and support me with identifying the items necessary for realization of your interior design project. We select materials for custom-made furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and lightning. Detailed cabinetry drawings and technical drawings are also developed during this phase.
I’ll help you through this exciting process by meeting the contractors on site and being available to answer questions. During this phase I can also support you with obtaining the quotes for construction/renovation works.

Shopping time

After the interior design is created, presented and approved by you the actual shopping of all the items happens. This is a very intense and important time of the interior design process and often filled with many obstacles and problems.

That is why I offer you an extra support, from preparing a detailed specification, which you can use for completing all purchases on your own, to arranging everything on your behalf.

I will communicate with all suppliers regarding specifications, ordering, delivery, and prices, and present you with a clear overview for your final approval. I will handle all purchases on your behalf, if you wish so. I will also deal directly with the supplier for damaged or wrong item replacement or refund saving you all the hassle and stress. You can count on my support in finding a perfect replacement for the items that happened to be sold out or discontinued before you decided to purchase them.

Questions and answers

During an interior design project there are often small (or big!) changes that you might make. I’ll work with you during the entire process and stay involved until the very end to make sure everything is going according to your plan. During this phase, I:

– Am available to answer any questions the hired contractors may have during the interior design project execution

– Provide extra quality check for any custom made items and furniture

– Provide site visits to ensure the rebuilding/renovation is processing as per interior design drawings

01. The brief

Our first and most important meeting

During our first meeting with you, I listen and observe. I ask questions to learn more about the project, your interior design preferences, your lifestyle needs, and most importantly, you. We then discuss scope, anticipated budget, and timing. My goal is to understand you, and your personal, family and social rituals so that I can create a home that reflects the way you live. After the brief I will send you an interior design proposal specifying the scope of works and your investment, followed by a formal contract.
